The last page is just a summary of what you have done. Just click on the Launch button, type in your PIN number, and congratulate yourself on building your own social network.
If you click on the Manage tab, you will be taken to a page containing various settings for your new social network. You can use this page to further customize the network. If you skipped modifying the layout earlier, you can do it from here by clicking on the Features link.
You can also begin inviting people to your social network by clicking on the invite tab. You can type in a list of names and email addresses, and you can also modify the subject and body of the invitation.
