By Elise Moreau, About.com Guide

As the Web Trends Guide for About.com, I love hearing from others and answering any questions regarding web-based services. Before you decide to contact me, please read through the following frequently asked questions.

    FAQ:

I have a website or a mobile app. Can you write a review for me?

No, I'm sorry. Please do not send me press releases, pitches or questions asking me if I can write a review with a link to your site. I receive far too many of these types of emails on a daily basis.

Can you please make a tutorial showing me how to use a specific website or application?

If I find that your request is a mainstream problem or situation that a lot of people could benefit from, I may consider writing an illustrated tutorial. If the problem is not important enough to be made into a tutorial, too technical or too relevant to your own personal situation, I will most likely try to point you in the direction of other resources on About.com or other places on the web.

Some of your articles are out of date. Can you please update them?

Technology changes quickly, and unfortunately it's not always easy to keep up with all the changes as they happen. If you find an article with old information that is no longer relevant, you may contact me and I will do my best to update it.

My question was not answered in the FAQ. Can I send you an email?

Absolutely. You can contact me at webtrends.guide(at)about.com and I will try to respond to you as soon as I can.
