Twitter's native app for iOS and Android looks a whole lot snazzier now that some nice new features have been rolled out, particularly highlighting photos and videos within the Discover tab and Search results. Photos and article summaries are displayed automatically now in the Discover tab, and every word or hashtag you search for will display a grid of related photos at the top of the screen.
