Reality Television Meets Social Networking

I find the social networking site UltimateCollegeModel to be a little thought-provoking.

How so? It's the cheese. If you haven't been to the website, it is very much like a cheesy reality television show crossed with a social network. College models compete against each other to get the highest rated votes, and the top winners receive a contract from Michele Pommier.

So, in a way, it really is ingenious. Now, if you took something like Ning, where you can create your own social network without too much trouble, and begin churning out cheesy reality television social networks, you'd have yourself something very interesting.
