TheBlogCatalog has released a new widget that will track your online activity and allow you to display it on your blog. The NewsFeed Widget will show recent Twitters, songs played on Last.FM, and other activities on your favorite social networks.

And the best part is that it comes with an RSS feed, so if you have an online stalker, you can give them regular updates.
